CRM & Client Engagement Trainee

The CRM & Client Engagement Trainee will support the CRM and Client Engagement Initiatives of the organization. The role will support clienteling initiatives, CRM reporting, campaign execution, customer journey coordination, and retail partnership efforts across the business. Support the coordination and deployment of CRM campaigns across email, retail, and clienteling channels Assist in customer journey mapping and lifecycle initiatives focused on retention, reactivation, and client development Help monitor campaign performance, engagement metrics, and outreach completion Prepare weekly and monthly CRM reports for management and retail teamsTrack outreach performance, campaign ROI, client engagement, and retention metrics Analyze client behavior and segmentation trends to support business insights Assist with reporting tied to events, gifting initiatives, and client activations Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Fashion Business, Communications, Business or related fieldAnalytical mindset with comfort working in Excel and reporting tools Internship or prior experience in CRM, marketing, retail, fashion, clienteling, events, or customer engagement preferred Strong interest in luxury fashion, client experience, and relationship marketing Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Passion for luxury client experience and elevated service standards
