BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Coordinates and executes strategic initiatives and marketing innovations to drive marketing campaigns. Builds strategic and innovative marketing campaigns Builds CRM campaigns in IBM (Unica) Campaign, IBM (Unica) Interact, Adobe Campaign, SAS, and ESP (Salesfoce Marketing Cloud/Adobe Campaign) Develops test and control scenarios to help measure incremental impact of campaigns Manages communication with strategic partners, creative production, execution and measurement teams Works closely with Information Technology and CRM targeting team to ensure data requirements for campaigns are met Automates recurring campaigns using campaign tool, SAS and ESP Leads QA on highly visible campaigns Develop and execute customer-centric omnichannel campaigns Design test cells based on test design which may involve multi-channel/intricate testing Executes campaigns per testing schedule Executes campaigns relied upon to make test-specific changes to code. Performs additional ad-hoc analysis Prepares insights decks and reports on results Executes personalization and customer lifecycle capabilities and measurement Required Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Similar 2+ years previous Campaign Management experience Knowledge of campaign tools (IBM (Unica) Campaign, Adobe Campaign, etc.) Knowledge of digital campaigns including email, mobile app and SMS Knowledge of relational databases Preferred Experience with SQL and SAS Experience with mass personalization of marketing communications Knowledge of LiveRamp Special Requirements
