CREATIVE SERVICES MANAGER

Forever 21 is seeking a creative and experienced professional to lead our E-Comm studios. This role will manage our creative operations and lead a team of photographers, stylist, producers, samples coordinators, retouchers, photo editors, and copywriters to guarantee the highest quality and timely delivery of our web content. An ideal candidate will have a strong creative eye, experience in production, and can manage multiple teams. Demonstrates a strong understanding of creative work flow and production to help problem solve, manage budgets efficiently, and coordinate with team members to tactically meet all KPIs. 5+ years of experience working and leading a creative studio team Experience working with a large team of creative roles including stylist, photographers, producers, and freelancers Experience managing multiple budgets A proactive self-starter with a can-do attitude Exceptional written and oral communication skills Strong organizational and multi-tasking capabilities Expertise in drafting legal agreements and negotiating major partnerships Strong ability in fostering strong relationships with agents and talent Dynamic, able to move quickly with program implementation and maintain focus amid change Strong attention to details and timelines
