Design Your Future at PVHCreative Services Associate - Tommy HilfigerThe Creative Services Associate supports the Sr Director of Creative Services with planning and executing all visual elements for showrooms, special projects, events/in-store activations. This role will project manage events and seasonal markets for Showrooms and work closely with VM, Marketing, PR and Special Events teams.Responsibilities:Develop and manage detailed project schedule and work planManage job scope with vendors and suppliers including calendar and budget.Work with cross functional partners (Marketing, PR, and Showroom Activations/Set ups) to ensure that calendars are aligned and events are visually planned and producedFacilitate special events and in-store activationsAssist with build-outs including presentations, activations and visuals within the event and showroom spacesManage seasonal change outs of external Licensing showroomsPartner with the team graphic designer to support with content designPartner with Visual Merchandising team to support showroom visual setups and seasonal change outs (VM experience and mannequin styling/set ups within showrooms is ideal)Stay on top of visual/event trends in the industry and compile trend reports of new ideas in designProcess Creative Services invoices and expenses relating to showrooms and eventsPropose options for event activations/visuals/furniture based on budgetAcquire best pricing from vendors; Regularly communicate with Special Events to align with overall budgetQualifications:College degree2-3 years of experience working at fashion/apparel brand; showroom, special events experience, a plusExperience project managing and working in eventsExperience with seasonal markets for a fashion showroomDemonstrated proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and AcrobatExperience tracking time and managing budgets for projects with tight deadlinesProvides in-store oversight of planned events to ensure they run smoothlyAbility to accommodate last minute changes and requestsDue to nature of position and deparment, must be able to occasionally work on-site at events on nights/weekendsHands on labor/must be able to lift (under 50 lbs.) when setting up events#LI-CS1PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
