In this role, you’ll define and elevate our digital creative strategy, shaping everything from campaign concepts and content to ecommerce design and social storytelling. You’ll lead a nimble and hardworking team of talented creatives, translating fashion sensibility into engaging digital moments that reflect our brand ethos and speak directly to our customer—smart, curious women who see the value of dressing with confidence.What You’ll Do: Set and execute the creative vision for digital touchpoints—including our website, social and paid media, video, and mobile experiences. Inspire and manage a cross-functional creative team of art directors and content creators; work collaboratively with cross functional designers and writers. Monitor and share industry trends and cultural movements to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and ahead of the curve.Social Media Focus: Oversee and evolve the visual and content strategy for all social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging channels. Manager of Social Content to analyze creative performance and social metrics to optimize content and inform future direction.Requirements:What You Bring to EVEREVE: 10+ years of creative experience, with a strong focus on fashion, lifestyle, or beauty brands; at least 3–5 years in a creative leadership role.
