## Job description annually across the portfolio \- Co-Develop and advocate for individual visual brand language(s) and identities of L'Oreal LUXE division brands in the digital and ecommerce space \- Drive new and better ways to collaborate within the Content Factory and across brand teams alongside Content Factory AVP Key Areas of Responsibility \- Lead the development and execution of full funnel digital creative content rooted in insights for a performance-driven marketer, with a focus on content that drives ecommerce performance and brand loyalty \- Collaborate cross-departments and teams to develop a variety of content needs that meets creative and strategic criteria (MKT briefs, feedback, brand KPIs, etc. \- Understand, articulate, and strategically apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends, and digital best practices \- Attend brand marketing meetings and be the voice that communicates digital creative vision and processes, bringing stellar presentation skills to the table \- Work to streamline creative processes to improve team structure at a wider level, providing input on wider operational systems as needed ## Profile \- Have a strong creative vision and understanding of brand(s) business needs and objectives, with ability to understand how brands come to life in different channels for full campaigns.
