Creative Designer - Email and Brand Content

Location: Ann Arbor, MI We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer to support the visual development of our email campaigns and broader brand initiatives. Design email campaigns from concept to final deliverable - layout, hierarchy, imagery, and copy writingBuild and maintain email templates and components in FigmaEdit and retouch photography for use in email and digital contentCollaborate with the team to align creative with campaign strategy and goalsCreate variants to support A/B testing and iterate based on performanceExtend brand creative to retail stores, events, and company-wide initiativesEnsure visual consistency across all customer-facing contentMaintain and organize creative asset librariesContribute photography for campaigns, products, or branded content (bonus skill) Demonstrated experience designing marketing emails - a portfolio with real email campaign work is highly recommendedProficiency in Figma, including components and shared librariesStrong photo editing and retouching skills (Photoshop or equivalent)Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator)Strong eye for layout, typography, and brand consistencyAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized, self-motivated, and detail-orientedTeam player who thrives in a startup settingBachelor's degree requiredPhotography experience is a plusKlaviyo experience is a plus This Equal Employment Opportunity policy applies to all practices relating to recruitment and hiring, compensation, benefits, discipline, transfer, termination, and all other terms and conditions of employment
