Your Responsibilities Lead all creative efforts by working in close partnership with key cross-functional partners. Manage, concept, design and develop packaging for company’s new and promo launches, understanding limitations due to timing, costs, production specifics, and etc. Spearhead pre-production samples, range boards and production standards approvals, managing comping, print proofs. Concept, design and oversee 360 campaigns for new launches of the owned brands. Commission additional resources such as illustrators, designers, and other consultants.
