Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, organized, and dependable Creative Coordinator to play an active role in executing our e-commerce, lifestyle, and campaign photoshoots. This entry-level role is ideal for someone with an interest in fashion and creative production who is eager to learn, takes pride in the details, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The Creative Coordinator will take ownership of key tasks related to shoot preparation and execution, including styling coordination, product readiness, studio organization, and production support. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident taking initiative, anticipating needs, and contributing creative ideas.

Key Responsibilities

Photoshoot & Styling Support

•     Execute on-set styling tasks, including dressing models and preparing styling props such as denim, jewelry, shoes, and accessories.

•     Coordinate product pulls and preparation for e-commerce, lifestyle, and campaign shoots, as well as our CEO’s fit videos.

•     Prepare pre-style decks for e-commerce, lifestyle and campaign photoshoots.

•     Provide steaming support as needed.

•     Coordinate seasonal reviews of studio styling accessories, identifying items to retain and items to damage out in partnership with our Stylist and CEO.

Studio Organization & Sample Management

•     Maintain studio organization, including samples, styling items, accessories, shoes, and supplies.

•     Track missing samples and coordinate with the Sample Coordinator to resolve outstanding needs ahead of upcoming shoots.

Shoot Preparation & Logistics

•     Own e-commerce product readiness by ensuring all required products are organized, accounted for, and staged on the designated rack each morning of a shoot day.

•     Assist with packing, loading, transporting, and unpacking clothing, racks, shoes, and other shoot essentials for off-site shoots.

•     Travel to select out-of-state photoshoots to provide on-site styling and logistical support.

Creative & Asset Coordination

•     Post, organize, and maintain images on creative review boards for asset allocation meetings.

•     Assist with additional studio and photoshoot tasks as needed.

Qualifications

•     Professional, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.

•     Strong work ethic with the ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.

•     Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and work independently when appropriate.

•     Team-oriented, coachable, and willing to take direction and feedback.

•     Comfortable with hands-on tasks, including organizing, packing, and handling clothing racks and studio materials.

•     Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

•     Interest in fashion, styling, or creative production.

•     Willingness and ability to travel for select out-of-state shoots.

Previous fashion or studio experience is a plus, but not required.
