Creative Content Producer

Charlie Hustle is looking for a highly creative, hands-on Creative Content Producer to lead photography, video production, and visual content creation across the brand. This role will serve as the primary content producer for the marketing team, responsible for capturing and creating high-quality visual assets that bring the brand to life across product launches, retail experiences, social media, email marketing, partnerships, and larger brand campaigns. Given the pace of our business, this role will also help provide creative support and quality control across broader marketing execution, serving as a trusted second set of eyes on creative assets, social content, and overall brand execution when needed. • Provide light design support as needed, including basic Photoshop editing, Canva design, asset resizing, and creative production assistance across marketing channels • Can work with speed and urgency while maintaining a high creative standard in a fast-moving retail environment
