Responsibilities: Manage marketing coordinator with planning and executing photo and video shoots and website content Oversee budgeting for creative projects Assess and analyzes consumer trends, marketing and communications trends, advertising trends, fashion industry trends and analyze its significance to creative and brand strategies. Analyze performance of marketing campaigns, utilize campaign data to analyze campaign success and identify opportunities and other strategic initiatives Manage third party vendors to support ongoing initiatives Manage overall brand aesthetics Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Requirements: BS degree in marketing or related field At least 8 years of marketing experience preferable in ecommerce fashion industry At least 3 years of creative directing fashion experience required Superior written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Highly creative with proven ability to create relevant and engaging content Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and high bar for aesthetic quality Excellent presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate how visual elements and design can achieve business goals Strong social media marketing skills Strong strategic and conceptual abilities Background in graphic design a plus Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and provide creative portfolio of results-oriented work that shows a diversity of experience across both online and offline media Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite; strong PowerPoint skills
