General Summary: This position is responsible for maintaining Cost Accounting Dept. cost sheets, checking of shipping documents by division & approval of ocean freight via direct contract carriers. Major Responsibilities: Breakdown the duties, freight charges, broker’s fee, & trucking charges by style/purchase order in excel cost sheets by division Prepare data of duty allocation by shipment Audit & approve bills for sea freight charges shipped under our direct or in-direct contracts with carriers Check documents sent with shipping advices List approved broker into excel sheet Support in month and qtr end closing Other duties may be assigned.
