job description What This Position is All About In partnership with the Client Development Managers, coaches and helps develop a team of Beauty Advisors to ensure achievement of sales goals and execution of an elevated client experience. This position works to develop a seasonal strategy for achieving the sales plan and is responsible for the achievement of daily and monthly sales goals.
