job description What This Position Is All About:The Corporate Recruiter is an innovative, strategic, and passionate Talent Acquisition Partner who reports into the Talent Acquisition Manager at Saks OFF 5TH. The Corporate Recruiter will be expected to develop new sourcing/recruiting strategies to build a diverse pipeline of talent for both current and future openings within the organization.Who You Are:Passionate about people and the evolving retail industry A respected Talent Acquisition Partner who collaborates well with both Hiring Managers and candidates, and implements creative sourcing strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline An excellent communicator with strong networking capabilities and experience with various interview techniquesA resourceful, proactive, self-starter who operates with a sense of urgency and can navigate with limited directionHighly organized with the ability to maintain a complex calendar and ensure data integrity within our Applicant Tracking systemFlexible and adaptable to changeYou Also Have:Undergraduate degree and/or college diplomaMinimum 5 years of experience as a Corporate RecruiterStrong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPointExperience with an Applicant Tracking systemExperience with high volume corporate recruitment, leading searches across multiple functions and all levels within an organization (entry-level to leadership)Proven results influencing and collaborating in a matrix organization, partnering with all levels of the organization including senior leadershipAs The Corporate Recruiter, You Will:Manage full-cycle recruitment: This includes, but is not limited to research, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, qualifying, referencing, offer negotiation and placement management for roles across all levels within the organization (entry-level to senior leadership). Develop external relationships: Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles and present findings to key business leaders and HR Business Partners. Ensure the consistent hiring of exceptional, diverse talent.Identify opportunities: Participate as an active member of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with the development and execution of the Talent Acquisition strategic plans and goals.
