Assist with shoplifting apprehensions and developing cases with local Law Enforcement to resolve Organized Retail Crime in a remote operations environment. Do you enjoy. Assist stores with remote CCTV surveillance and apprehension of suspected shoplifters Answer store calls and assist with sales-floor surveillance of suspected shoplifters for both Loss Prevention and Store Management Review and disposition events which could negatively impact overall business, i.e. weather, fires, domestic disturbances Give expert advice and advise stores on shoplifter behaviors and apprehension guidelines Guide store staffs in proper actions regarding potential fraud or loss Communicate any trends/findings to management Assess shoplifting patterns and techniques to identify organized theft activity Complete booster interview questionnaire and share findings with management Develop BOLO alerts for stores leadership Experience in shoplifting apprehensions, fraud investigations and retail store operations Ability to analyze data and summarize results Effective multi-tasking skills and quick learner Strong computer knowledge
