Coordinator - US Domestic Transportation

Transportation Coordinator for the Freight Payment & Audit team is responsible for being the liaison between Domestic Transportation carriers and 3rd party Freight Pay and Audit provider to ensure proper invoicing and timely payment. Other responsibilities include handling invoice exceptions as needed, evaluating carrier invoice KPIs using reporting tools and provide support to W&D, Account support and Sales as it relates to Customer Routing.Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities of The Job:Manage 3rd party Freight Payment Audit provider processing the PVH Domestic Transportation freight bills to ensure invoice billing accuracy and proper GL allocationsMonitor Retail Autopay Process for US/Canada, ensure proper invoicing to carriers in programPerform weekly Post Audits of assigned carrier invoices to ensure correct billing and GL allocationAssign General Ledger account codes to transportation invoices on exception basisMonitor Project and EOM/EOQ transportation cost logs, track invoices and assign specific GL allocations from FinanceDocument comprehensive SOPs relating to Freight Payment tasks and responsibilities.Monitor and manage transportation carrier aging statementsInvestigate payment status and discrepancies for the carriers via AP platform.Provide reporting and invoice copies as requested by Corporate Financial AnalystsSupport Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse staff concerning Customer Routing and ensure shipping requirements are up to date, and accurately entered in the DC WMS systems.Manage third party reporting tool, verify quality of data and maintain reporting dashboardsQualifications & ExperienceExperience: Developing level of Knowledge & skills - typically 2-5 years of related experienceAdditional Information: Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and a working knowledge of warehouse management systemsEducation: Bachelor Degree RequiredKnowledge/Skills RequiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBasic Transportation (LTL/TL) knowledge as it relates to Freight Pay and AuditingAble to multi0task and prioritize workloadDetail orientedAble to work effectively in a team environmentCommunication Skills RequiredResponsible forObtaining & providing information to othersExplaining policies or practices to othersInfluencing othersNegotiating with others to come to agreementNegotiating with others with long-term strategic importance to the businessInnovationDetermine improvements or changes that impact a departmentEnvironmentGeneral Office Environment PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
