Coordinator, Store Operations Communications

The Coordinator, Store Operations & Communications supports daily operations and communication for the North America Retail organization. This role also supports store-based communications by providing Spanish translation for select store-based employee messages. Store Operations: Coordinate system updates and implementations for store POS, back office equipment & mobile devices Execute the following administrative functions: Invoices Offsites and temporary storage leases Incoming emails to centralized Retail Ops Inbox Miscellaneous Sales Audit issues Store Incident Reports Transportation rentals Assist with Loss Prevention support for stores such as Armored Car and Security Guard services Update and communicate early closing/delayed opening report Special operational projects Store Communications / Translation: Provide Spanish translation for select messages to stores Support routine video messages with editing and translation Assist with store intranet communication posts Coordinate with home office departments Assist in managing stores workload and event timing Post price change updates Experience:  3 – 5 years retail store experience preferred Education:  Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience Skills: Must be fluent in Spanish and Spanish grammar In-store experience required with deep store operations experience Exemplary written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to coordinate and collaborate with others Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing experience preferred Website management experience preferred PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
