The company is reimagining traditional off-price with a digitally-native model focused on customer experience.What This Position Is All About:The Coordinator of Paid Social for Saks OFF 5TH is responsible for supporting the paid social team in driving the strategic development, budgeting, execution, and measurement of the Saks OFF 5TH Paid Social campaigns aimed at driving awareness and direct response goals (e.g., traffic, conversion, acquisition, increasing engagement). The Coordinator will support all day-to-day activities and when needed facilitate special projects. The Coordinator works hand-in-hand with agency and technology partners to ensure appropriate budgeting, accurate execution of Paid Social campaigns, and alignment with Saks OFF 5TH marketing goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have an analytical and strategic mindset, be highly organized, have a strong proficiency in social media, and be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.Who Are You:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university (preferably in Marketing, Economics or Business Management)Minimum 1 year of full time experience managing Paid Social campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest), including social tracking planning and reportingAgency experience preferredStrong financial business acumen and interpersonal skillsAnalytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers and reportingProficiency in relevant analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Business Manager, DCM)You Also Have:Bachelor's Degree required 7+ years of experience in art directing fashion photo shoots Experience working with Art Directors, Production, and freelance talent Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Commanding knowledge of fashion industry and pop culture trends and deep library of aesthetic referencesAs The Coordinator, Paid Social, you will:In partnership with agency and technology partners, you will support the execution and optimization of all paid social campaigns across all platforms for Saks OFF 5thWork with Creative team to manage briefing submission and creative requests Lead asset trafficking and QA with our agency partnersOwn reporting of paid social campaign performance, both daily performance reporting and campaign-based reporting, proactively communicate any issues to supervisorEnsure timely reporting of results from agency and tech partnersExtract insight and learnings to inform future campaigns and tactics.
