job description What this position is all about: The Coordinator of Paid Media will be responsible for supporting the Digital Media team for Saks OFF 5TH. Who you are:An out of the box creative thinker who is future oriented, can share engaging visions, and create competitive and breakthrough plans and ideasYou act with customers in mind and seek customer information when improving products and servicesYou are direct and diplomatic, have a good sense of timing, are a good listener and cooperator You also have:Bachelor’s Degree1 year of digital marketing experience, including search marketing (Agency and/or retail experience is a plus)Experience with Google AdWords, Bing AdsPrior use of a bidding tool such as DoubleClick Search, Marin, or KenshooKnowledge of online analytical tools like Adobe Analytics/Omniture, Google AnalyticsAnalytical mindset, able to draw conclusions based on available dataAttention to detail As the Coordinator, Paid Media, you will:Work with HBC’s paid media agency on media plans and campaign for channels including Paid Search, Online Radio, Online Video, Youtube, Connected TV and Terrestrial RadioRegular optimizations of paid campaigns (keyword targeting, lading page and ad copy testing, etc. )Monitor budget pacing and manage campaigns to revenue and ROAS targetsIdentify and act on areas of opportunity for the businessWorking with cross functional teams to determine priority areas and execute based on those prioritiesFrequently review KPI’s in order to maximize growth and returnWorking alongside the Manager in the creation of new campaigns and ad groups to reflect Saks OFF 5TH’s growing online assortmentHelping to prepare ad copy an assets to portray upcoming promotions and marketing messagesGuide business stakeholders to make decisions rooted in best practices across media channels Exposure to rewarding career advancement opportunities, from IT to Human Resources, Merchandising to Finance.
