COORDINATOR, MERCHANDISING

The primary responsibilities of the Merchandise Coordinator are to provide business and administrative support the merchandising team in the tactics of running the business, including data entry, systems updating and reporting for the MCS division. Communication of Promotion Documents for both US & Canada Coordinate information with Merchants & communicate to Marketing Manager to ensure timely & accurate communication to stores Includes promo dates, themes, promotional skus, prices, skus to be highlighted on the following signage: LCD Monitor skus Window Poster skus/theme 5x7 top of counter, was/now sign & cube signs Responsible for in-case visual merchandising build-ups Order from outside vendors / partner with MGI peers for OB & MVMT build-ups Follow up on deliveries with partners Plan for future stores and maintain backstock on build-ups Create and process corresponding SAP PO’s Creation and maintenance of store layouts for each store Creation for new stores Posting on MCS Intranet Partner with Merchants and Store Mangers to make changes and update Quarterly reporting on productivity New Stores Sign package kits (marketing kits) Create new store layout for Merchants, Store and Constructions team to use for build-out and set up on MCS Intranet site HH Global initial supply order Set up FedEx account for new stores Set up Staples account for new stores Business Card Set-Up/ Re-Order Administration Responsible for keeping internal MCS Intranet site current and up to date for non-promotional information Manage relations w/3rd party vendors to fulfill items such store pouches & GWP items while minimizing costs Mange inventory of all materials HH Global warehouseManage / set up music vendor (Cloud Cover) for all stores – trouble shoot issues as necessary Ensure appropriate inventory levels at warehouse Place orders / source products for replenishment Set min/max order values for stores Handle individual stores issues related to Maritz (HH Global) / set up new stores
