The Style Material Coordinator creates all styles for production in Flex. Roles and Responsibilities: Work closely with peers to ensure tech pack meets all criteria before pass to final art team Reviews & prioritizes styles bases on open art list daily Ensure all techniques are consistent with fabrication & art numbers match design art-pack Daily correspondence with our overseas partners Willingness reach out to other departments for clarification when needed Ability to educate other teams in their expertise when needed Willingness to manage FA team in absence of supervisor Communicate up & down effectively Must be aware of deadlines and schedule artwork accordingly in a face paced environment Readiness to take on someone else's workload in their absence or based on deadlines. Prepare folders for Final Art Team Follow up on all factory correspondence regarding Bill of Materials and Tech Packs Partner with design, production, sales, licensing, to ensure that all folders have the correct information included prior to sending to factory Monitor all licensor comments and design revisions, checking that artwork in folder represents all changes required by licensor/design. Seamless communication with supervisor & final art manager on all folders when needed Recognizes the importance of accuracy Follow the work-flow of the department Customers and Relationships: Must maintain an approachable, professional, and respectful manner with all teams/OS partners Understanding both licensor and account specific details partner with design, production, sales, and licensing on any problem solving as needed Leadership and Teams: Contribute positively to team dynamic and manage up where necessary Aid in any deadlines within our division Skills and Requirements
