Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application. \- Manage all operational and analysis workflows of our Vendor to consumer program through the entire process from item set up to order management & Retailer results and action plans \- Oversee all "back-end" system processes required for products, images and content to go live on our Wholesale partners ecommerce site including staying up to date on system changes/enhancements, troubleshooting system issues, reporting critical issues to IT and/or Development Teams, and creating and maintaining all system documentation \- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and partner with IT and/or Development Teams to monitor and resolve production-related issues \- In partnership with the PUMA Ecommerce team, support the product photography process from determining what is photographed Globally vs. Regionally to overseeing the V2C specific Regional photography process from product sample acquisition to receipt and upload of final photo assets Ecomm Resources/Info collected to put stuff on line - Leverage/Partner database for Wholesale Retailer - draft off of these efforts \- Manage and drive content on company B2B system - Just launched Dicks; Add 3 new Retailers \- Work collaboratively with Sales & Planning to analyze weekly business results, develop seasonal strategies, make recommendations and ensure financial targets are achieved \- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Digital Commerce work within an operational role, such as Sales \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, internet and database applications \- Experience with B2B platform and Jesta software is a plus \- Organizational skills with the ability to anticipate the needs of PUMA's Sales organization \- Ability to take initiative, multitask, resolve or effectively escalate issues, and follow through while maintaining attention to detail \- Ability to work individually and in a group while utilizing both written and verbal communications
