COORDINATOR, CREATIVE STUDIO - TEMPORARY - TOMMY HILFIGER

The THNY Creative Studio is a full-service, in-house integrated creative agency, supporting marketing and communications initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, The Americas. The Project Coordinator will support both the Producer, Creative Studio and Associate Producer, Creative Studio in the planning and oversight of creative concept development, execution and production of Marketing projects across various verticals which include, but are not limited to, E-Commerce, Paid Media, Integrated, Wholesale, Licensing, Latin America, Events, Corporate Communications, and PR. Seasonal Wholesale/Licensing signage and digital asset updates Seasonal Paid Social and Digital Display Advertising Production for Wholesale & Licensee Monthly E-commerce Site Content and Newsletter updates Seasonal Adaptive E-commerce and Paid Social updates Internal Corporate Communications and Invites PDP Coordination Miscellaneous ad-hoc requests 1-2+ years integrated project management experience, including prior management of digital production, print production, image editing Workfront experience a plus Creative agency experience a plus Fashion retail experience a plus Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or other related field Project management skills with the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent projects through to completion Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain strong professional partnerships Strong interest in and aptitude for producing creative and marketing solutions Positive attitude, teamwork-oriented, reliable, focused on deliverables Creative problem solver, Solution-focused mindset Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment Keen attention to detail Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills Hands on experience working within web-based project management systems (ex – Workfront, Frame.io, Basecamp, Wrike; etc) Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Apple Creative Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Keynote Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS and common coding/programming practices Basic knowledge of the capabilities and limitations around various print & digital production processes PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
