COO / Chief Creative Officer - Printfresh

**About Us** Printfresh was founded in 2017 by textile designer and fashion entrepreneur Amy Voloshin. **About The Job** The Printfresh COO will manage the day to day operations of our fun and creative company as we navigate a period of rapid growth. This role will improve our ways of working, and help us set the stage for sustainable future growth. **Key Responsibilities** -Carry out the vision of the founders, taking new ideas and turning them into realities -Create and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to increase efficiency -Promote company culture and vision -Lead talent acquisition and identify hiring needs -Oversee human resources, including new hire onboarding and employee handbook updates -Ensure team is celebrated and connected to the company in a meaningful way -Oversee contracts and negotiations as necessary -Oversee daily operations in the company and work effectively with marketing, customer service, design, production, and fulfillment departments -Evaluate company performance by analyzing data and metrics -Form new and nurture existing corporate alliances, brand partnerships, and investments -Work with CEO to acquire funding when needed **Job Skills** -Business acumen -Understanding of wide array of business functions and departments- HR, Marketing, Production, Finance, and Fulfillment/Shipping -Strong team building and motivational skills -Skillful with organization and planning -Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving -Ability to effectively and assertively manage, lead, and supervise across different departments -Strong strategic thinking -Lead system improvements **Job Requirements** -Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience -Degree in Business- MBA is a plus -Must have a love for sustainable manufacturing and inclusive fashion **To Apply** Candidates should send their resume and cover letter in PDF format to the email address above, which will add your information and resume to our Workable candidate management system.
