CONVERSE OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Converse Operations Manager will act as the full service resource at Converse Corporate Office in Boston, MA for all cross-functional teams to support alignment and execution between Haddad Brands and Converse. Key Accountabilities: Manage all calendar deliverables and appointments. Set up and assure all critical attendees are notified and confirmed Attend and recap all meetings/calls with actionable items, owners and deliverable dates Integrate fully with the Converse and Haddad Brands cross functional teams, including but not limited to: Converse Retail Global Sales Product: Design, Merchandising and Operations Marketing Finance Communicate with effective and timely responses to all communication flow Provide insight on collaborations for product design Provide information and insight pertaining to international business activities and opportunities Provide visibility to potential new distributors and distribution related issues Travel between Boston and NYC as needed Special projects as assigned Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or related field 2-4 years of experience in the fashion industry Strong communication presentation and organizational skills Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive, and collaborative team player Ability to understand, interpret, and explain the needs of the brand
