With a creative, design-driven culture and multi-channel operations, the business requires a finance leader who can balance strong technical accounting with strategic insights to support growth, manage multi-state compliance, and optimize financial operations. The Controller will lead month-end and year-end close, oversee audits, and drive improvements in processes and systems. In addition, this role will supervise a small team and work cross-functionally with design, operations, sales, and marketing to provide financial visibility and support decision-making. Financial Reporting & Reconciliations • Reconcile bank, credit card, and merchant accounts monthly and investigate discrepancies. • Record and maintain ASC 842 lease accounting entries.
