Right now, they are in a “build up” scenario, so could be years before the company is put on market. This a consumer goods company that focuses on soft and hard good for the home and for institutional. They are looking for someone that can come in and evaluate the team and build their own team. A background working for PE would be beneficial. We need a take charge person that is aggressive and that is looking for more responsibility.
