- Strong experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and review A large beauty client is seeking a Contracts Attorney to come and assist them on their legal team. As Contracts Attorney, you will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, reviewing and managing a wide range of contracts and agreements and legal documents that relate to the business. ● Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to contracts, intellectual property, and other legal matters. ● Conduct legal research as needed.
