Contract Event Planner – Pop-Up Shop & Fashion Trade Show Events

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly experienced Contract Event Planner to lead the planning and execution of our upcoming pop-up shop and trade show events. We are looking for a seasoned Event Planner with at least 5 years of pop-up shop planning experience to manage all aspects of our fashion-related events. Prior experience in the fashion industry and retail events is a must. Key Qualifications • 5+ years of experience planning pop-up shops, trade shows, or retail activities • Strong network of venues, vendors, and suppliers within the fashion/retail space • Highly organized with excellent time management skills • Exceptional communication & negotiation skills • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines • Resourceful problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment • Fashion or retail event planning experience required • Willingness to travel as needed If you have a passion for fashion events and experiential retail and the expertise to bring our vision to life, we’d love to hear from you!
