This person will assist the operations leadership team in prioritizing potential change management initiatives, based on the related ROIs, and help the team to implement the changes that will have the most positive impact on our service and cost goals. The Continuous Improvement Operations Manager will lead initiatives such as lean operational process improvements, Six Sigma-related quality improvements, or total quality management initiatives to ensure that Lulus operations can deliver the best possible customer experience for the lowest cost. • Train the operations team on how to use change and project management tools, processes and methodologies to help improve our change management culture and effectiveness in implementing changes that benefit our customers and our business. • Communicate successes and opportunities to the broader team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement and to celebrate our progress as we improve our overall operations on behalf of our customers and our brand. What You’ll Need • 5+ years of experience in the development and documentation of operational processes with a solid background in operational process improvement.
