Key Accountabilities: Develop, implement and oversee the continuous improvement program at US and Canada DCs Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives leveraging continuous improvement tools and methods. Educate, coach, and mentor team members at all levels in the organization to build a culture of Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence. Ability to be resourceful with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
