You know what’s happening now—and what’s coming next.Data Obsessed: You don’t just create content—you measure it, test it, and elevate it.AI-Native Mindset: Learning at the speed of light, you embrace tools that make your work faster, smarter, and more impactful—and you know when to push past automation to elevate the human touch.Efficient: You produce high-quality work with speed and precision.Creative Thinker & Problem Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and find fresh ways to say what matters.Collaborative: You love the energy of teamwork and bring out the best in others.Self-Starter: You move fast, prioritize smartly, and own your results.What You’ll Do On the DailyCampaign Strategy & ExecutionOwn the end-to-end creative process of social-first, integrated marketing campaigns—from brainstorming to production.Marry brand storytelling with performance-driven content to drive KPIs like CTR, Conversion Rate, CPA, and Open Rates.Partner with channel owners to ideate and deliver exceptional content across paid media, email, mobile, social, CTV, and live events.Build creative briefs that transform marketing goals and cultural trends into breakthrough concepts.Ensure cross-channel consistency and a seamless customer experience through strategic content planning.Content Leadership & Brand BuildingServe as the lead editor and content authority—guiding tone, voice, messaging, and positioning across the brand.Coach and inspire our creative team, elevating performance, engagement, and editorial excellence.Translate customer, styling, and merchandising insights into actionable storytelling strategies.Develop and maintain content playbooks, brand messaging guides, and editorial calendars.Champion bold ideas that position Wantable as a leader in both retail and personal styling.Cultural Fluency & Trend ExpertiseStay on the cutting edge of fashion, social media, and internet culture—bringing fresh ideas before they trend.Tailor tone of voice to each channel (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), evolving strategy as platforms change.Spot cultural signals early and spin them into scroll-worthy content that sparks engagement and brand love.Performance & OptimizationPartner with performance, acquisition, and retention teams to refine messaging based on real-time metrics.Continuously test, learn, and optimize content based on data insights.Embrace rapid iteration and push for what’s next—faster.RequirementsWhat You Bring to the TableSkills & Qualifications5+ years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or editorial leadership within retail or DTC environments.Proven experience in a performance marketing environment and a record of driving results.Experience in fashion, apparel and/or beauty brands is preferred.Demonstrated ability to drive results through direct response, brand storytelling, and digital content.Strong familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, etc.) Blending high-quality products with expert merchandising and data-driven styling, we empower individuals to look and feel their best every day.
