Part-Time Sales & Stock Associate
Location: The Grove – Los Angeles, CA
Schedule: 25–30 hours per week
Pay Rate: $22/hour
We are seeking energetic, personable, and reliable Part-Time Sales & Stock Associates to join a fast-growing contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand at its location in The Grove. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting both sales floor and inventory operations.
Responsibilities
Sales Support
Create a welcoming and engaging experience for every customerBuild rapport with clients and provide personalized product recommendationsAssist customers with purchases, returns, and general inquiriesSupport sales goals through outstanding customer serviceMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floorStock & Operations Support
Receive, process, and organize incoming merchandiseReplenish product on the sales floor as neededMaintain accurate inventory and stockroom organizationAssist with cycle counts and inventory-related tasksSupport store opening and closing proceduresQualifications
2+ years of retail experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsOutgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personalityAbility to thrive in a fast-paced retail environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable lifting, moving, and organizing merchandiseTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAvailability
