Design Your Future at PVHConsumer Solution Architect - PVH Corp.As part of the Enterprise Architecture, the Consumer Solution Architect role oversees the strategy and direction of PVH's solution design and technology architecture supporting the end-to-end consumer business capabilities focused on DTC/B2B Channels, Cross Channel Operations (e.g. Order Management, Customer Service, Personalization, Payments, etc. The Consumer Solution Architect is a senior leader within PVH who will own the strategic portfolio, oversee its governance, envision a roadmap and invite adoption through cross-functional teams. They will also have a strong understanding of industry trends and relevant emerging technologies, as well as demonstrated experience empowering team members to make recommendations and provide inputs in a highly collaborative environment.Act as a subject matter expert and thought leader to drive roadmaps for industry leading, end-to-end business solutions related to the IT landscape and socialize the established strategy to all levels across the IT organization.Major areas of architecture responsibilities for business capabilities include Channels (Digital, Store, Wholesale), Cross Channel Operations (Multi-Channel Order Management, Customer Service, Loyalty, Personalization, Payments, etc. ), Digital Operations (Search, DAM, Content), Store Operations (Inventory, Franchise, Merchandising), and Marketing (Campaign, Affiliate, Email/Digital, A/B Testing).Understand and co-create target state reference architecture, systems data flows and integrations across all Consumer applications to drive consistency and simplification in the landscape.Provide thought leadership on solution implementations and technology innovation opportunities across the entire enterprise.Facilitate design thinking sessions and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions and actions on strategic architecture topics.Establish future technology footprint by encouraging a culture of innovation with focus on simplicity, adaptability, scalability, reliability and security.Collaborate with solution architects across multiple domains to establish IT architectural guidelines and standards. Ecommerce/retail background and experience working in Global/Regional enterprise models at scale is desirable.
