Consumer Insights Manager

\- Lead the brand learning roadmap for T.J.Maxx and Marshalls \- Manage primary research studies such as people or occasion segmentation, qualitative exploratory studies, or creative testing \- Develop merchandise trends approach, leveraging current data sources and envisioning future opportunities for tracking \- Analyze quantitative data and understand the why behind the data through qualitative learnings \- Connect the dots across various data sources to determine overall implications and influence multiple stakeholders with insights generated \- Establish and refine our best practices for the appropriate use of different research methodologies, interpretation of results, and delivery of value to the business \- Manage vendor relationships \- Manage direct report on the consumer insights and mentor across the team Consumer Insights Manager The Consumer Insights Manager will lead the brand learning plans for T.J.Maxx and Marshalls. The manager will manage one direct report and also have responsibility to manage the relationships with our outside research partners. \- Bachelor's degree; Minimum 5 years' experience in market research \- Background in generating insights and action from quantitative and qualitative research and management of tracking programs \- Experience managing and mentoring others \- Adept at presenting complex concepts in an easy to understand and actionable way \- Attention to details and able to grasp the big picture \- Naturally curious with passion for understanding customer behavior and trends, advocating for the customer, and growing in the insight function \- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products Come Discover Different at TJX.
