Document & report weekly on pricing issues and inquiries: o (Service now/social media/opinion lab/bazaar voice/store incidents) Analyze customer feedback data to identify opportunities for improving accuracy, clarity and/or efficiency Provide leadership visibility to customer feedback themes and collaborate with business partners to recommend solutions Analyze and report on Weights & Measures audits and results, provide visibility to merchant leadership Identify process issues and recommend solutions Identify opportunities for improving accuracy and/or efficiency Monitor and audit advertising across all consumer facing channels Ensure high-quality results to reduce advertised pricing errors Identify and promptly resolve issues affecting compliance and pricing integrity Bachelor’s Degree Demonstrated organizational and time management skills Strong verbal, written, oral communication skills Ability to coordinate multiple projects and maintain strict deadlines Proven successful collaboration with business partners Proven process management skills Works well independently and in team environment Ability to communicate and present concepts to people of all levels both written and verbally Ability to negotiate with Associates at all levels Detail oriented
