This role orchestrates and manages the development of new fabrics and trims across all categories for textiles in Italy, Europe and the Middle East and engages in Regional Mill Management. The role requires deep industry based technical knowledge and a highly collaborative approach to management of people and process. Manage material integrity for textile for all programs, uniform and commercial retail globally. Lead and manage the work effort of the fabric and trim team that will be operating in different parts of the World to ensure they are actively working on creating products that meet the needs of the business from a product quality and timing standpoint. Must have a track record of having been an innovator in this field – creating new fabrics and having the technical ability to guide mills and spinners in the development of new and exciting products for Brooks Brothers Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels in the organization with the proven ability to set and communicate team priorities and develop budgets.
