Leads the development and/or execution of the project timeline, quality standards and project budget Facilitates project meetings with internal and external stakeholders Develops initial project cost assessments leveraging knowledge and experience from internal and external partners and resources Forecasts monthly project costs and outcomes Communicate with and influence business partners to ensure their project is progressing on time and meets quality expectations Regularly inform business partners of project status Actively problem solve through challenges with the appropriate internal partner Evaluate and provide feedback on project execution of external vendors Manage field construction operations through a group of General Contractors to achieve quality retail and non-retail facilities in accordance with Kohl's standards Manage project compliance partnering with the appropriate authority having jurisdiction (i.e. City, County, State, Federal)
