Job description: We are looking to hire 2 or 3, part-time or full-time associates to staff our Lexington location. Candidates should be highly organized, detail oriented individuals with a background in retail and a willingness to learn. Job responsibilities:
Work with shift team to complete daily tasks such as taking consignment, data entry, tagging and displaying merchandise, making sales and assisting customers.
Assist with business tasks such as cash deposits, check logs, answering the phone, and other tasks as needed
Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times (mannequins dressed, display tables organized, racks are shoppable, etc.)
Answer customer questions and assist with purchase decisions and styling upon request.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience in a retail environment, preferred
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to tactfully handle the issues that arise when working with customers
A working knowledge of high end women’s fashion brands and trends
Consignment or Buy-Sell-Trade store experience, preferred
Must maintain a neat and tidy appearance
Must be able to lift 25lbs
