Concept Design Contractor (Designer to Senior Scope)

We are seeking a Concept Design Contractor to help drive seasonal concept development for the Old Navy Female business.

Key Responsibilities:

Seasonal concept development from trend research through theme direction andconcept delivery.

Develop and articulate seasonal themes, big ideas, key items, and trend narratives.

Translate market insights and fashion trends into actionable concept direction.

Create compelling mood boards, trend decks, and concept presentations.

Qualifications:

Fashion design degree + proven concept experience in industry - 10-15 years +

Deep understanding of fashion concept development from macro trend through seasonal storytelling.

Proven ability to create compelling trend decks, mood boards, and concept presentations.

Strong strategic thinking and trend forecasting capabilities.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate complex concept challenges.
