Keep current with licensor SM&S/PI expectations, requirements and ambitions, as well as prevailing trends in corporate social responsibility and global and local government legal testing obligations Assist in maintaining meetings and trainings with Design, Production, and Sourcing and schedule the cadences Support obligations to retail customers such as Costco, Kohl’s, Foot Locker, Wal-Mart, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience with meeting facilitation Ability to work effectively with multi-cultural teams Ability to work effectively in teams and independently Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel Ability to work effectively with remote and multi-cultural teams Ability to travel domestically and internationally (+ / - 15% of the time Experience with AS400 and/or PLM a plus Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.
