COMPLIANCE ASSISTANT

Overview: The Compliance Assistant will support Haddad Brands’ mission to meet our social compliance, product safety and chemical management expectations. Key Accountabilities: Track and maintain data from factory audit results to monitor factory compliance with global regulations and licensor expectations Partner with production teams to ensure goods meet proper regulatory testing Manage invoicing and payment tracking for all factory audit activities, along with related metrics Maintain Sustainable Manufacturing and Sourcing (SM&S) and PI (Product Integrity) internal reporting databases and licensor web reporting portals Maintain SM&S and PI metrics pertaining to audit results, testing results, etc. Develop working partnerships with internal and external teams including Sourcing, Design, Overseas Merchandising, Quality Assurance, Licensors, and third-party service providers Work cross-functionally to incorporate sustainability with our supply chain and daily operations to support our licensors’ goals/initiatives Partner with internal teams to track and maintain sustainability certificates Special projects as assigned Requirements Required Skills/Abilities/Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field Prior experience in social compliance/CSR , product integrity/testing, supply chain, and/or manufacturing of children’s wear Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
