COMPENSATION AND HRIS ANALYST

The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel.SUMMARYReporting to the Senior Manager, HRIS this role will support Oracle Fusion, and Taleo and will be the Compensation expert for the Company. * Participate in testing efforts (including writing and execution) to ensure systems are working as designed. * Support projects to roll out new modules and functionality      * Conduct audits for data quality/integrity and system maintenance.Compensation Duties     * Prepares and maintains job descriptions for each position in the organization; ensures descriptions accurately reflect the work being performed by incumbents. * Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES     * Solid HR functional knowledge and understanding of HR processes and data, including workflows. * Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE     * Bachelor's Degree, Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field.
