\- Maintain Compensation structures, programs and policies to ensure achievement and competitiveness externally within the market and internally globally consist. \- Evaluate and analyze jobs to ensure competitiveness with the market and internal equity. \- Create and modify job descriptions, prepare and maintain compensation plan documents \- Participate in salary surveys and ensure survey timelines are met. Conduct Market Pricing; Prepare Analysis \- Assist in the auditing and maintenance of data integrity for internal system and reporting tools such as SAP, Access database, and Job Title Database. \- 5+ years of experience with compensation techniques, applications and programs obtained through exposure to a wide variety of compensation practices \- Critical thinker, problem solver, needs limited direction \- Strong verbal and written communication skills \- Experience in various compensation and incentive programs required \- Proficient in Excel \- General knowledge and experience with HRIS systems, SAP knowledge and Reporting \- Strong understanding of state and federal laws, regulations and statutes relating to compensation
