The Compensation Analyst is responsible for the overall Store Compensation program administration and analysis. This individual will own minimum wage compliance and compression analysis, maintaining store salary guidelines in partnership with Finance and Store Operations, and the administration of stores bonus programs. across US and Canada Manage all minimum wage updates for impacted employees and conduct compression analysis Maintain minimum wage table within HCM (Dayforce) Own the Salary and Wage Guidelines and Store Staffing Parameter documents – which are reviewed and updated annually and include conducting market analysis Propose pay rate changes based on external and internal analysis Develop and generate reports for various compensation analyses Ongoing compensation support to the business and/or manager We value a culture of inclusion and diversity within our workforce, and are committed to maintaining a workplace free from prohibited employment conduct, including discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, religion, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, domestic partner status, civil partnership, statusas a covered veteran, status in the Uniformed Services of the United States, citizenship and any other characteristic protected by law.
