COMPENSATION ANALYST - Hybrid

POSITION OBJECTIVE This role will focus on making recommendations for the design and development of competitive compensation programs that optimize the right mix of compensation levers including analyzing and benchmarking compensation policies and practices. This role will be responsible for supporting select Corporate groups, Credit & Customer Service, DC/eFCs and/or Stores Territories. Provides advanced analysis, development and implementation support for assigned compensation program(s) (incentive plans, job evaluation etc.) Conducts annual market intelligence and benchmarking analysis to ensure equitable compensation practices and to sustain a competitive advantage Evaluates assigned compensation programs, measures established KPIs, recommend and design approaches to improve program effectiveness Researches to evaluate best in class practices and policies for assigned compensation programs Researches, benchmarks and supports implementation of solutions to identified compensation issues Conducts advanced analysis to report on program effectiveness and ensure compliance Provides insights and analysis to internal and external business partners Informs and ensures business partners and HR understand and use program information and analysis to guide decisions Establishes relationship with internal business partners to form a deep understanding of each assigned group Interacts with HR business partners to share information and respond to queries on assigned programs Creates and delivers presentations and communication to Management and external partners Research and share industry trends and changes in legislation that impact compensation programs and policies.
