The Community Specialist is responsible for executing the store’s community strategy, which includes engaging with the community through relationship building, events, and other activities including supporting lululemon product seeding and attending local studios. Core Responsibilities Of The Job • Collaborate with store leadership to bring Community strategy, through the pillars of community foundations, and guest experience to life. Work Context (e.g., environment, interactions, physical) • Work can occur in various locations and environments, including moving through the store with bright lights and loud music, and at locations throughout the community • Work involves building relationships with new people, strengthening community partnerships, and participating in events related to fitness or movement • Work is accomplished as part of a team, sometimes independently, and sometimes using a computer or other technical devices Note: The incentive programs, benefits, and perks have certain eligibility requirements.
