The boutique focuses on offering curated clothing and accessories with an emphasis on style, quality, and a personalized shopping experience. Team members are encouraged to build authentic relationships with customers and provide thoughtful styling advice. Role Description This is a temporary, on-site Commission Sales Associate role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Strong customer service and client relationship-building skills, with the ability to listen actively and communicate clearly.Sales and upselling abilities, including confidence in presenting products, closing sales, and working toward sales targets or commissions.Interest in fashion, styling, and current trends, with the ability to make personalized recommendations to diverse customers.Basic point-of-sale and cash-handling skills, including comfort with payment systems, receipts, and transaction accuracy.Ability to stand for extended periods, move merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak retail periods.Previous retail or boutique experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional language skills are a plus for serving a diverse customer base.
