Commercial Regional Supply Planner - Blaine

## Job description \- Work with Regional Commercial teams to align on the commercial opportunities considering the supply commits. Key Responsibilities: \- Facilitate supply demand gap review within the regional brands and resolve them in the affiliate IBP meetings \- Translate supply commits for the affiliate to brands and facilitate supply commits prioritization and re-balancing across affiliates and channels to support affiliate sales/commercial targets \- Communicate affiliate level priorities to Commercial Region Supply Planning Head to re-shape supply commits for the affiliate \- Coordinate exception resolution with Global Deployment Planner & Inventory Optimizers (Execution Horizon) and MPS (Operational Horizon) . \- Strong communication skills with demonstrated ability to balance between and prioritize multiple tasks and stakeholders across the globe \- Knowledge of, and experience with demand planning, supply planning and inventory management techniques, processes and policies \- Experience in the cosmetics, personal care industries preferred Capabilities: \- Knowledge of the interactions and interplays between supply and demand in the executional (0-2 months) and operational (2-12 month) horizons, with focus on inventory management and supply planning \- Highly analytical - analyzes data and provides clear / fact-based presentations to stakeholders \- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to successfully manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously \- Ability to build strong relationships and tactfully navigate multiple cross-functional, matrixed stakeholders \- Excellent problem-solving skills and quick to react and respond to changes \- Execution oriented - thrive under pressure with a demonstrated ability to get things done \- Ability to work within and across a global, cross-functional team, collaborating with Planning, Supply Chain, and Commercial stakeholders \- Strong oral and written communications - able to comfortably present to senior leadership as well as factory workers \- Exceptional complex problem-solving abilities ## Profile
