Color / Trim Specialist

We deliver private label sweaters and sportswear from conception through completion. With robust product development capabilities complemented by a keen understanding of trend, our company produces apparel across its own proprietary labels and under license. We partner with leading retailers, providing them with current trend direction. The Color/Trim Specialist is responsible for color & product integrity and supports the cross functional teams in evaluating submits to ensure color and quality standards are met. Knowledge / Skills Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in apparel or related field Superior color vision-Munsell Score Test Evaluation 2+ years of experience in fabric/garment production experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of organizational skills Must be detail oriented and be able to follow instructions PC Proficient, including Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel mastery a plus) Ability to work well in a cross functional environment Ability to multitask in fast paced and changing priority environment Plus: Color Certifications – Any retailers, preferably Kohl’s Working knowledge of spectrophotometers and color quality control Salary: $60,000-$65,000 DOE
